  : loved the views!! place was really cute! clean and view was out of this world!!
  : water issues. the water pressure was messed up. no water than little water and a lot of water. also variation in Temperature of water. we called the host and she said this is a municipal problem. however this is below booking.com standard as the basic facility is not there. hosts cant give such excuses. they should sort out these issues before renting.

  : It was some strange constant noise from boiler (or near it) that may be very annoying.Little hot water in shower.The route to apartment from center is really challenging

  : The apartment was very big and spacious, the view was very nice but unfortunately we were on the ground floor so its not amazing as in the pictures.But, on the other hand being on the ground floor we had a couple of lovely cats and a kitty coming in the morning (only if you invite them to, otherwise they are very discreet) and we really enjoyed a bit of pet therapy. We also bought a bottle of wine and had a nice aperitivo near the swimming pool at sunset, it was really amazing.
  : As said the best option would be to have the duplex which are located on the first and second floor, from there you can have the amazing view you see in the pictures.We are used to walk but going by foot to the city center is very challenging, we also had the car so it wasnt an issue. The toilet is smelly but I guess it is a pipe problem.

  : Fantastic View
  : Unlike all the years before (we are a regular customer) we noticed that this year things are different. The apartment definitely requires someone to look into a couple of serious issues: 1) The boiler: After just 2 (quick) showers, there was no warm water available for any other people. 2) Rooftop window was broken, glass was shattered and cold air came in 3) Some of the electrical fittings must be repaired, I wouldn't let my kids near to it 4) Unlike all the years before Nur did not provide any detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. We ended up buying our own, worse was actually how our host Nur treated us in this respect 5) My wife was freezing in the bed as the blankets are thin and did not keep us very warm 6) Plaster flaking off 7) Some pieces of the furniture should be replaced

  : This property has the most stunning views over Kas. The apartments are spacious and clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times.
  : We were on foot and the walk to the hotel is very steep but if you like walking its a good workout.
