: Property was really lovely our room was basic but very clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The pool area and bar were fantastic, very quiet and relaxing. The Beach deck was a bit of a walk but well worth it the view and the water was amazing. We loved our stay at Olea Nova and wished we had a few more days there.
: Leaving! Also you cant drink the tap water but they dont supply complimentary bottled water apart from your 1st day, not a huge deal but most places do supply so it would be a nice to have.

: View from the balcony in standard room is not great - looks onto half built building.Food in the restaurant not great but there are plenty of options in Kas (make sure you have a car)

: This is a great hotel. The pool and common areas are great. The room was comfy and clean. The bed was fine. I would definitely go back.
: The communication with the hotel staff via booking isnt the best. They take forever to answer but they are attentive and friendly in person.
