  : cool pools, great breakfast, excellent descent to the sea with small fishes, sauna and hammam, very friendly and helpful staff
  : Our room (205) had problems with hot water. We use to wait twenty minutes it during the day. In the morning there wasnt any hot water. The room was with very low lighting, not like in the photos. And I think they need require repairs room, especially because the hotel was not cheap one

  : The setting, its very beautiful but be warned there are over 100 steps to get anywhere!
  : Our room really needed a major update!The amount of people from the other hotels by mid afternoon no sun beds were available due to 2 other hotels using the Deniz.The breakfast was literally the same every day very boring.Our room was hardly ever cleaned in the 11 days we stayed. We had to ask for fresh towels numerous times, even loo roll! Plus there were children at the hotel even though it clearly say no children so wouldnt ever return Plus by the pool only about 8 sun beds Plus the probability of never getting a sun bed by the sea if you didnt go first thing! We always pick hotels where this isnt an issue but because they allow guest from other hotels this was a problem. Always felt like there was something to ask for, we never had a working safe safe either Told them in the first day then nothing! Had to ask again first day for the room door to be fixed as the lock didnt work!Such a shame as the staff tried really hard, most spoke a little English but wont be returning.

  : The location was excellent. Beautiful views, quaint design of buildings and surroundings. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, specifically the main waiter at the hotel restaurant, the staff at breakfast, one guy that took us between hotel buildings in a golf buggy. The pool area was lovely. The beach decking area was also lovely.
  : When we arrived, after signing forms and having our passports checked, we were told we couldnt actually stay in the hotel. We were told there was no water, that it was a problem across the whole hotel, stemming from a problem in the nearby town Kas. We were taken in a golf buggy to a Radison hotel, which looked like it was still being built. We were taken to a room that overlooked the sea to the distance but in the foreground there were bins, rubble, and not very nice views. We spoke to the hotel and were shown two more rooms. I asked again what the problem was with the original hotel and we were told we could now have a room there. We were asked to sit in the bar, were told to use qr codes to order, which didnt quite work. At one point the guy that told us the water wasnt working came over and accused us of writing a negative comment on booking.com (we didnt). Nearly two hours after we arrived we were taken to a room. On the whole it was kind of what we had expected for the price we paid, apart from the dirty and mouldy shower and multiple holes in the walls. The whole experience was not a good start to the holiday. Over the five nights we got the impression the hotel was in a transitional period. We couldnt work out if the place was about to be sold, or had just been bought. The restaurant was never busy apart from at breakfast time.

  : Cleaning service was not so good, 3 out of 5, and the most unpleasant thing was that one day I found my jewel missing, which I left in the room in a pouch, and it disappeared with a pouch))

  : Good breakfast with pleasant and helpful staff.The swimming at their beach is great.
  : Poor housekeeping. Cursory room cleaning. Bathroom not mopped or cleaned properly. The dirty cups and glasses were never replaced and we had to ask for clean ones. We were frustrated when we had no hot water and never got any communication from management. The situation was handled badly and if we were informed as to what the problem was we would have been less annoyed.

  : great location and beach bar and area. kas is amazing as is the Greek island of meis. the peninsula is lovely and peaceful.
  : staff were not very well trained and service was slow. house keeping were not very attentive. I had to keepasking for cups so I could the coffee machine and glasses for water which didnt arrive! my safe in the room did not work. very limited languages spoken other than Turkish which is difficult for international travellers.

  : The pier was really nice & picturesque. The location is unique and very beautiful. The rooms are clean and newly renovated.
  : Surprisingly the breakfast selection was very limited. Also we faced many little issues which were difficult to solve: we didnt have AC controller, the trash bin and towels in the room, which took 3 people to solve and numerous reminders from us. Also our phone didnt work so we had to walk to the reception or catch staff between stairs. There are a lot of stairs in the hotel by the way because its located on a hill.

  : The location is simply unbeatable. The rooms were situated each with a clear view over the ocean, the private beach was so tranquil, and the water of the ocean was crystal clear - we could even glimpse tiny fish swimming with us at the beach! The breakfast was also exceptional
  : The room was not clean and the service was unresponsive. Upon arrival, we checked-in quite late, arrived to the room at 11pm to realize there was a layer of dirt on the floor, the hotel slippers had a wet patch on them, the bathtub had not been cleaned and there was a used soap left in our shower. To top it off, the hot water didnt work in our room and when we brought it up to reception they informed us that they would call a technician but we didnt receive any response for the whole night. The hot water got fixed and room got cleaned the next morning, but on the last morning of check-out the water stopped running altogether and we were unable to use the toilet, sink or shower. Reception was unresponsive to our calls and gave the impression that the whole place was quite understaffed.

  : Very good view, excellent private beach, gorgeous sea, very quiet surroundings.
  : Poor service (wifi didnt work in our room and the staff only started fixing the problem after two days; safe didnt work and the staff never fixed it), you need to get beach towels on the beach but there are rarely any towels available. Breakfast was quite poor, restaurant repeatedly lacked meals we were about to go for. I think the price is too high because of the hotels instagram qualities. So it you dont need those, I wouldnt advise to stay there.
