  : Villa was great, all very modern, lovely swimming pool and bbq, close to Big Pebble Beach and 5 minute drive to the town, with loads of bars and restaurants. We decided that due to the locality we would book the villa again for next year and did so a couple of days before we departed, via Air B&B, the booking was accepted. I received a text message from the host saying that should would lose money because she had not updated her prices for 2024! She cancelled our reservation. It is now on Booking.Com for 2024 at an extra 50% to what we paid for 2023.
  : When we booked the villa, payment was due on the day of arrival in Turkish lira equivalent to approximately 4000 euros. Our host was expecting 400 euros in cash - which we obviously did not have. We ended up paying by bank transfer as credit card was not accepted. An information pack would have been helpful, there were no details of emergency numbers, recommended bars and restaurants, places of interest etc. Also a welcome pack would have been useful - which we would have paid for had it been offered, just a few basics. There were no cleaning products whatsoever in the kitchen other than 2 dishwasher tablets - no washing up liquid, nothing to clean the sink or worktops with, no tea towel, no oven gloves for the bbq. There were electrical problems in the area which the host knew about but did not inform us of and did not even contact us to update us. Two sun loungers kept collapsing, we did ask for a replacement but did not get one. Toilet brush in downstairs toilet did not have a container so was just left to the side of the toilet.
